Ryan Taggart is a 37 year old janitor who works at the ice cream factory. He was recently released from the Shady Acres Mental Institution for the Criminally Insane, and is currently residing with his Mama and Papi, constantly attempting to seek their approval. His artwork has been called sad and unremarkable.
